Deep experience with Security & Network Products, Technologies & protocols related to network functions, security, SD-wan etc.
Strong understanding of security (SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, IAM Threat Detection, Segmentation etc.)
Understand customer needs through data analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
Experience or strong knowledge about Versa SD Wan.
Map the user journey for our internal and external customers and distill key product functionality required to solve user pain points
Translate product functionality into detailed requirements and user stories for prototyping and development by engineering teams.
Engage closely with the engineering team to prioritize and execute on product requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with, and presenting information to cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Office/Google suite, Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Charts, Figma or similar tools.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to iterate and improve product performance.
Bachelors degree or four or more years of product management experience.
Customer first mindset with a keen eye for product design and digital user experience.
Ability to thrive under challenging and ambiguous scenarios with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate that data into recommendations and high impact narratives for leadership.
