The duties of the School Crossing Guard, II position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate daily activities and record keeping of school crossing guards assigned to command.
• Visit and inspect all school crossing guards on assigned post daily.
• Sign memorandum pad of school crossing guard and enter time of visit and inspection (report any action taken, including reports of violations by motorists, report any absence from assignment and reason.
• Maintain a memorandum pad
• Communicate with precinct each workday.
