Responsibilities

Lead system design and implementation of multiple complex projects
Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems
Ensure the product is solving meaningful, real-world problems
Build reliable, scalable systems in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

8+ Years of Experience
Built pipelines that ingest and process large, messy datasets
Optimized compute and storage tradeoffs in cloud environments
Worked with scientific or geospatial data
Deployed systems that needed to survive unreliable real-world conditions
Translated complex technical outputs into tools non-technical people can actually use
AI tooling heavily in your day-to-day work

Preferred

Passion for agriculture, ecology, or applied science
Statistics and machine learning fundamentals
Previous bioinformatics experience
Previous experience in agriculture or operational technology environments
