The Principal Software Architect is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining and driving the architectural strategy, design, and technical direction of our software products and platforms.

• Lead the design and evolution of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to multiple development teams, promoting sound software engineering practices.
• Conduct architectural reviews, design sessions, and code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and business needs.
• Ensure the implementation of robust quality standards, including performance optimization, reliability, data integrity, and cybersecurity.
• Work with DevOps teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
• Define and monitor key architectural metrics to ensure system health and performance.
