About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital and AI-based solutions. This role requires a candidate who can communicate fluently in Mandarin, as collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is essential. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact features. You will manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead Agile product development and manage the product backlog.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and data teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure product alignment across regions.
• Monitor product performance and drive iterative improvements.
• Stay updated on trends in AI, digital products, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile

methodologies.

• Proven experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms

(e.g., Metabase).

• Experience in AI-driven product development is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and customer journey frameworks.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Familiarity with product performance measurement and data analysis
