Job Description&Summary
Lead BAU uplift and future state process design for the Procure to Pay (P2P) value stream across Finance Shared Services (FSS), improving current state purchasing, AP and payment operations while ensuring BOM (Back Office Modernization) delivers a standardised, compliant, automation enabled P2P design aligned to “adopt not adapt.” The role supports transition of regional/country P2P activities into the expanded shared services model and adoption of the new ERP/platform.
Responsibilities
- BAU uplift (operational excellence)
- Baseline current P2P performance end-to-end (requisition to PO, invoice processing, approvals,
payments, supplier queries), identifying bottlenecks, control gaps, and manual workarounds.
- Drive process improvements focused on cycle time, compliance to policy/DOA, reduction in
exceptions, and improved supplier experience—measured through operational metrics (e.g.,
invoice cycle time, first time match rate, on time payment rate, exception volumes, query
volumes).
- Strengthen procurement/finance interfaces for policy alignment, spend visibility, and controls
(segregation of duties, audit trails).
- Future state design & BOM interface
Represent P2P into BOM discovery/design
define fit to standard global P2P processes, controls
and enabling capabilities (e.g., supplier onboarding, portal/self-service, workflow approvals),
aligned to “configuration not customisation.”
- Provide process/volume insights and local requirements to support design decisions and
implementation planning.
- Co-define the P2P service catalogue, SLAs/OLAs and operating model scope for centralisation
into FSS, supporting transition planning for in country activities.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Requirements
- 3-7 years’ experience in finance operations, controllership, shared services, and/or procurement operations, with deep Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise spanning accounts payable, purchasing support, invoice processing, approvals, payments, vendor management, and related financial controls.
- Strong controls and compliance capability, including hands-on experience with approval workflows, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and enforcement of policy-driven P2P processes.
- Proven delivery of operational and controllership improvements, leveraging structured continuous improvement approaches and disciplined management of performance, quality, and compliance metrics.
- Strong ERP transformation experience, with a fit-to-standard mindset and demonstrated capability in P2P process design, adoption, and change execution within large-scale finance environments.
- Hands-on Oracle ERP experience (highly preferred / effectively required), including familiarity with Oracle P2P process configuration, navigation paths, approval workflows, and implementation methodologies in a shared services context.
- Strong stakeholder management capability across procurement, finance, regional, and in-country teams, with the credibility to operate effectively in both transformation and business-as-usual environments.
Mandatory skill sets
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
Expertise in Recipes, Dataflows, Datasets, Dashboards, Lenses, Apps, SAQL, and Dashboard JSON.
Strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, and analytics experience.
Experience with Einstein Discovery and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of Snowflake integrations, REST APIs, and external data connectors.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and CI/CD processes.
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred skill sets
Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification.
Experience delivering large-scale analytics implementations.
Experience working in enterprise reporting and business intelligence environments.
