Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centred designs for foundit products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Your responsibilities include

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, navigation buttons, etc.

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks like

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Evaluate user feedback to make appropriate design changes

Define and enforce the usage of a style guide consistently throughout the product

What you should have

Relevant years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role

We would need someone who has worked extensively on B2C products, preferably on apps or mobile interfaces. A portfolio of your previous design projects

Expertise in appropriate tools Figma.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and convince various stakeholders

Experience previously having worked in startups is a plus

Education

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA or degree/diploma in relevant field (preferably from a Tier-1 college/university/institute)
