Establish a repeatable method for translating people and recruiting needs into outcome-based requirements
Facilitate working sessions with the people team, recruiting leadership, and the internal Workday team
Map current-state processes and pain points across people operations and recruiting
Produce a prioritized list of target capabilities defined by end state rather than by proposed solution
Build conversational capability allowing authorized users to perform Workday functions through Claude or Slack
Design and implement integrations against Workday APIs
Model permissions and authorization for users acting on systems of record
Build error and confirmation handling for actions that write to and change records
Extend the execution layer across additional people operations functions, sequenced by the priority established in discovery
Deliver each capability as a working proof of concept that stands on its own
Extend the execution layer into the recruiting workflow as a defined later phase

Demonstrated experience drawing requirements out of non-technical business stakeholders and reframing prescribed solutions as outcomes
Track record in politically complex environments where business and technical teams are misaligned
Permission and authorization modeling, plus error and confirmation handling for actions that write to systems of record
