You will also play an integral role in driving employee engagement and enabling high performance across the organization. The incumbent innovates to globalize tools, systems, and processes; sets organizational priorities; drives automation; and is responsible for implementing global policies, metrics, and strategies across Analytical Editorial Operations.
Incumbent has full responsibility for management of Editorial and Operations teams aligned with Analytical (secondary) content, with emphasis on operational efficiency, high quality editorial judgment, and promotion of organizational values and culture.
The incumbent will partner with Segments, Product, Technology, and relevant commercial stakeholders to create new global Analytical content opportunities; improve the quality, relevance, and completeness of answer sets in Protégé, and ensure delivery of the enhancements, product features, and functions each market requires.
