Power BI/Tableau Developer (3-5 Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards and reports, supporting business decision-making, and driving data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and operational reports for business users.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes from multiple data sources.
• Monitor and optimize dashboard performance and user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions and drive continuous improvements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics Engineering roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, Tableau Calculations, and dashboard optimization techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Should be proficient in creating basic SQL queries for debugging, creating custom SQL etc, preferably Oracle or any other relational Database.
• Understanding and creating batch scripts/Python scripts for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Analytics is preferred.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
