Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to optimize business processes.
Extensive experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
In-depth knowledge of lending products, especially in the small-ticket loans segment.
