Are you a data-driven problem solver ready to shape strategic decisions through the power of machine learning and advanced analytics? We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic analytics team and lead impactful projects across credit risk and marketing domains.

As a Senior Data Scientist, youll play a key role in identifying business opportunities, designing predictive models, and driving value across the organization. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Credit Risk, and Analytics to turn data into actionable insights.

What Youll Do

• Design and develop machine learning models to improve decision-making across the customer and credit lifecycle
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python, and engineer robust feature sets
• Guide the development of data strategies that optimize business outcomes
• Present model insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate on model deployment and performance monitoring in cloud environments
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years in a data science or decision science role
• Strong experience building predictive models for credit risk using statistical and machine learning methods
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
