Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Blazor WebAssembly and ASP.NET Core
Build reusable UI components and responsive web interfaces using modern front-end design principles
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8
Implement state management, authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Integrate applications with SQL Server, Azure services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems
Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership on development initiatives
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies

8+ years of experience in full-stack application development
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8
3+ years of hands-on experience with Blazor WebAssembly (WASM)
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ
Expertise in SQL Server database design and performance tuning
Familiarity with Azure cloud services
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools
Experience with component libraries such as Telerik UI for Blazor, MudBlazor, Syncfusion, Radzen
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience developing AI-enabled applications using Azure OpenAI or Microsoft AI services
Experience with healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures
Experience with SignalR for real-time applications
Familiarity with Power Platform integrations
Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred
