Core Responsibilities

Model Architecture & Design

Design and implement scalable AI/ML models (Specifically around NLP).

• Implement algorithms from scratch when needed (not just library usage).
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and memory.
• Build data pipelines (ETL, feature extraction, preprocessing)
• Handle noisy, real-world datasets (missing values, imbalance, drift)

Skillset required

• Python and related ML/AI libraries
• C++ and related ML/AI libraries

Candidate must have

• At least 4 - 5 years of experience with the technologies.
• Hands on experice, rather than just academic/certification experience.
