Commercial Strategy & Planning Specialist

You combine strategic thinking with strong commercial and analytical skills. You are comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to deal with uncertainty and capable of bringing different interests together.

What you’ll do

• Develop business cases and analyses for strategic commercial questions.
• Contribute to the Long Range Plan, commercial forecasts and in-year updates.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in close collaboration with Brands and Finance.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, competitors and internal performance.
• Work with Strategic Analytics and Data & AI to develop models for key commercial challenges.
• Translate complex insights into clear recommendations and presentations for senior management and shareholders.

What you’ll bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics or a related commercial field.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in strategy, commercial strategy, business planning, forecasting or P&L management.
• Experience in developing and maintaining commercial forecasting models.
• Strong Excel skills are a must, knowledge with SQL and Snowflake are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating multiple data sources into strategic insights.
• Experience creating compelling presentations for senior management and/or shareholders.
• Experience in telecom, digital services or a similar commercial environment. Knowledge of fixed and mobile telecom is a plus.
• A solid understanding of commercial drivers and their impact on P&L performance.
• The ability to identify opportunities, risks and value drivers, and translate these into clear choices and actions.
• Experience with improving or embedding processes.
• A customer-focused, results-driven and quality-oriented approach.
• A strong focus on deadlines and the ability to perform well in a continuously changing environment.
