Job Summary

This role focuses on building and maintaining a highly reliable Kubernetes platform within strict regulatory compliance frameworks. You will implement automation and infrastructure solutions to ensure platform stability, performance, and security. The position involves close collaboration with senior engineers to enhance platform health and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters in regulated environments.
• Ensure platform service reliability through monitoring and alerting.
• Automate operational tasks to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate on defining and tracking service level objectives.
• Assist with compliance and security requirements for audits.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar; GovCloud experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and containerization
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Go)
• Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, logging systems)

Industry Experience

Experience supporting systems within FedRAMP High or DoD IL5 environments is highly preferred.
