NET, SQL, and UX technologies

• At least 2 years of experience in .NET, SQL, and UX technologies
• At least 2 years’ experience in working with Azure environment
• Hands on experience on technical application support using MS technologies.
• Trouble shooting and debugging the issues.
• Getting on sessions with users and walking through steps
• Hands on experience on Monitoring and responding to alerts:
• SQL Server monitoring.
• Web server monitoring.
• Platform monitoring.
• Transaction Monitoring.
• Web Servers monitoring (Azure experience preferred)
• Windows server health monitoring
• Patch Compliance
• Attending to alerts
• Experience on Problem Management.
• Experience on reporting, Analytics, Live Site Focus. Tracking SLAs
• Hands on experience on ticketing system like Service NOW
• Experience in Automation experience and power shell scripting
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
