Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Integration services, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain BizTalk applications across Dev, Non-Prod, and Prod environments
• Perform incident analysis, bug fixing, and production support
• Develop and modify BizTalk interfaces, maps, pipelines, orchestrations, and schemas
• Participate in deployments, testing, validation, and post-implementation support
• Work on enhancements, issue fixes, and migration activities
• Monitor interfaces and ensure timely resolution of failures and exceptions
• Coordinate with business, middleware, infrastructure, and external teams for issue resolution and delivery
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
• Participate in on-call support and critical production activities, if required

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in BizTalk development and support
• Strong technical knowledge in integration and middleware technologies
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and support activities
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Experience in handling production issues, deployments, and environment validations
