Salesforce Module Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, and object relationships
• Build and customize applications using Lightning App Builder
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and controllers
• Implement automation using Approval Processes, Process Builder, and Flows
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Write and maintain Apex test classes ensuring high code coverage
• Participate in unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support
• Perform deployments using GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and Copado
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
• Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Experience in CI/CD and version control tools
• Good knowledge of API-based integrations

Certifications (Mandatory)

At least one of the following

• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform Developer 1
• Platform App Builder

Added Advantage

• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce (prompt configuration, guardrails, workflows)
• Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE)
• Familiarity with Copado Robotic Testing

Total Experience Expected

04-06 years

Engineering Degree or Maters in Science (MCA) or equivalent

5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development
