Skills Required

• 6-10 years Java experience (Using object oriented design)
• Spring Framework including Spring security, Spring validation Spring MVC.
• Agile methodology experience
• Good analytical and design skills
• Proven experience developing technical docs and use of case tools such as Enterprise Architect, Rations, etc.
• Must possess excellent communication, Presentation & problem solving skills
• Excellent teamwork especially in a large team environment
• Web Service Experience including RESTful services & JSON
• Hibernate, iBatis or other JPA experience
• SQL and Oracle experience
• Experience with UML
• Good communication skills required

Preferred Skills

• Rational database expertise, PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures.
• JavaScript experience
• Content Management System experience
• Some Secure coding experience
• Lucene or SOLR experience
