• Should have Used Test Driven Development, creating unit tests that become part of the software delivery
• Understand and exhibit agile development techniques
• Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven development experience in an object oriented programming language such as C#
• Exposure to web applications - REST services specifically. Knowledge of SOAP UI.
• Experience with windows applications
• Inversion of control (StructureMap)
• Good experience in ORM tools such as nHibernate and Unit test tools nUnit with Mocking Frameworks
• Exhibits passion for staying current on technologies and best practices as related to software development
• Experience with Object Relational Mapping tools a plus
• Experience using Visual Studio 2010 and TFS Source Control is a plus
• Experience of using Protractor, Jasmine is a plus
• Experience using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AngularJS, MS SQL server profiling tools.
