2+ year of experience

• HR Systems Experience
• Advanced technical knowledge of Workday, Taleo.
• Added advantage if knowledge of Success Factors (SAP), HR Systems Integrations, SF Service Cloud, Boomi, People fluent and other HR Applications.
• Basic understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Working knowledge for defining technical system requirements
• Working knowledge of business process redesign principles, tools and techniques
• Must be flexible to work with global teams and stakeholders across time zones
• Excellent communication skills
• "Winning Together" mindset, consistently put org goals ahead of individual aspirations

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Understands relevant technology applications in their area
