What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and agency teams to onboard new marketing data sources and support data quality, consistency, metric governance, and adoption.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions covering campaign performance, spend, traffic, conversions, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Build scalable data processes and automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.
  • Analyze, validate, and reconcile large, complex datasets across media platforms, internal reporting systems, and enterprise data sources to identify trends, quantify business impact, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for datasets, business definitions, metric calculations, and reporting processes.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data requests while helping stakeholders understand available data, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
  • Monitor reporting environments and identify opportunities to improve the performance, usability, and adoption of analytics solutions.
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship and analytical guidance to junior analysts, and lead small projects or analytical workstreams through matrix influence.

What you bring to the table

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into structured approaches and actionable recommendations.
  • The ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships and influence decisions through consultative problem-solving.
  • Clear communication and data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, accountable approach with sound judgment and ownership of complex work.
  • Technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge-sharing skills that strengthen team capabilities.
  • Adaptability and a continuous-improvement mindset, including an interest in automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies.
