10+ years experience in information architecture and user experience design.
Experience with enterprise-scale, omni-channel and mobile environments.
Demonstrated ability to apply business strategy and integrate user research to information architecture
. • Demonstrated ability to specify complex transactional interfaces; taxonomies and frameworks; and template libraries for content management systems.
Excellent communication skills and comfort level with speaking to C-level executives and technology specialists alike.
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams to achieve agreed upon success metrics on schedule and on budget.
Experience with a variety of modeling and mapping tools to explain user experiences.
Demonstrated thought leadership and involvement in the IA and UX community at large
Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including Omnigraffle, Visio, and/or InDesign, as well as the MS Office Suite.
