Summary

The successful candidate will work in the Human Resources department and will be responsible for maintaining the SAP org unit/position hierarchy directly in the SAP system. Responsibilities will also include performing an audit of the structure and correcting any deficiencies.

Education/Experience

Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
Must have 3 to 5 years of SAP HCM experience

Responsibility level

Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive feedback (Required)
Knowledge of computer software, such as SAP HCM; Excel, Word, Job

Duties and Responsibilities

Gather requirements from business units and maintain the SAP Org Unit/Position hierarchy
Participate in business meetings to discuss re-organization designs
Develop metrics to record SAP system updates
Mentor team members and impart SAP knowledge
