- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 (DAG, CAS arrays, load balancers, UM, BES)
- Microsoft Lync 2010/2013
- Symantec Enterprise Vault
- Email protection programs such as Proofpoint
- Unified email management programs such as Mimecast
- Experience with enterprise level messaging solutions
MCITP
Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010 or MCSE
Messaging certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or combination of related work experience and education
