AI Architect

What would you be doing?

Designs the architecture of AI solutions and defines technical standards across the AI domain, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end AI solution architectures (LLMs and traditional ML)
• Making key technology decisions, including build vs. buy, model selection, and integration patterns
• Defining standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for models and data
• Collaborating with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment and regulatory adherence

What are we looking for?

• AI systems architecture: large-scale RAG, orchestration, LLMOps, and integration patterns
• Deep understanding of the AI model ecosystem (open source vs. commercial, on-premise vs. cloud, cost/performance trade-offs)
• AI infrastructure: GPUs, large-scale model serving, networking/interconnects, and on-premises deployment
• Security and compliance: data privacy, AI governance, and access control
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and clearly justify architectural decisions
• English and Polish speaker.
• Owns the architecture of the entire AI domain, defines standards and strategic direction, advises leadership, and balances business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
