Modernize legacy VB.NET and .NET Framework applications to C# and .NET 8+
Design, develop, and maintain secure web applications using C#/.NET, Razor Pages, and Entity Framework
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications hosted on IIS in on-premises Windows Server environments
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and work tracking using Azure DevOps
Ensure solutions meet agency requirements for security, scalability, reliability, auditability, and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Maintain documentation and coordinate changes across development, test, and production environments
Operate within restricted or high-security enterprise environments
Manage operational risk and safely modify existing codebases including legacy systems
Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Experience developing and maintaining secure custom web applications using C#/.NET
Experience with Razor Pages, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting applications on IIS in Windows Server
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and work tracking
Knowledge of relational database design, stored procedures, and migrations
Experience with data classification, governance, and audit trails
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
Experience working in restricted or high-security enterprise environments
Ability to work on public-facing and internal enterprise applications
Must be a local candidate
Must be a W2 candidate
