Develop and maintain software applications, including ServiceNow solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy scalable systems
Provide documentation and support for operational stability
Design, configure, and develop software solutions, including ServiceNow applications
Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, and integrations
Develop and enhance applications following platform best practices
Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure standards compliance
Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
Support deployment activities and transition solutions to operational teams
Ensure adherence to security, governance, and development standards
Analyze system specifications, design, and modify complex custom software
Assist in preparing technical design specifications and provide feedback on functional requirements

5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components (Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, REST/SOAP Integrations)
Experience developing scoped applications and platform workflows
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Proficient in Agile methodologies and enterprise-scale solution deployments
