Architect, design, and develop sophisticated software systems with up to 100% coding
Provide tactical technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
Partner with technology leaders to shape technology direction and system consistency
Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analyses on production issues
Collaborate with vendors to establish project estimates, delivery plans, and timelines
Ensure technological integrity and quality of vendor solutions across projects
Strategize to optimize and modernize technology and reduce technical debt
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Lead knowledge-sharing efforts to strengthen internal and vendor partner expertise
Partner with architects to influence strategic decisions on enterprise architecture
Establish and promote best practices and reusable components

12–15 years of relevant experience
3–5 years at a senior level or principal engineering role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Extensive coding experience with .NET Unified Platform V8
Extensive coding experience with .NET Framework 4.8
Experience implementing workflow orchestration engines into microservice architectures
Extensive experience working within a vendor partner model
Ability to work outside standard hours to meet critical project deadlines
