What you'll do

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and intelligent automation features.
• Mentor engineers, promote technical growth, and influence architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Utilize data-driven practices to define success metrics and optimize development processes.
• Foster continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to engineering excellence.

What you'll bring

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient platforms.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
• Demonstrated skills in mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and fostering continuous learning.
• Data-driven problem-solving and requirements analysis to translate complex user needs into actionable solutions.
• Commitment to software security, quality assurance, and engineering excellence through design reviews and remedial actions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Option 2

6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
