Product Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer

Core Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within Participant Financial Success.
• Prioritize and deliver platform capabilities that support personalization, audience activation, and journey orchestration.
• Partner across Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to define product direction and investment priorities.
• Lead platform governance and establish scalable operating models, standards, and best practices.
• Define product success measures and monitor platform adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Evaluate emerging customer engagement and AI-enabled capabilities to drive continuous innovation and client value.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 5+ years of product management, platform management, marketing technology, digital experience, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities for digital products or platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions across business and technology organizations.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, or similar customer engagement platforms.
