Business Solutions Lead/業務IT專案經理

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Business Solutions Lead to join our team in Taiwan. This senior technical role combines a flexible startup mindset with corporate engineering standards. You will take full ownership of developing and configuring our digital systems, integration middleware, and Central Data Platform to make our business operations faster, more secure, and highly reliable.

【Key Responsibilities】

Technical Integration & Middleware Implementation

• Code and configure secure APIs utilizing cloud-native API management and gateway services in AWS and GCP to establish automated communication across core systems (including ERP, SCADA, HRIS, CRM, and centralized monitoring platforms).
• Implement and configure Event Bus architectures and message broker systems to eliminate manual file exports, duplicated entries, and custom scripting workarounds.
• Implement secure data transport layers, OAuth/API token governance, and data payload encryptions in alignment with Group compliance.

Central Data Platform & Pipeline Engineering

• Construct and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load transactional and operational data domain-by-domain into the Central Data Platform (leveraging cloud data warehouse architectures).
• Design database schemas, maintain data lineage, and enforce data cleaning protocols to ensure the data platform acts as the unified, single source of truth for Taiwan.
• Expose standardized, clean datasets and data views to support automated BI dashboarding and advanced analytics.

Custom Digital Solution Implementation & Prototyping

• Take active ownership of the technical setup, database configuration, and backend scripting required for major digital transformation initiatives, connecting operational systems (such as P2P systems, IoT sensors, and computer vision alerts) with corporate accounting layers.
• Actively research, spin up, and test emerging tools, building functional and secure Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in a sandbox environment before rolling them out.

Post-Acquisition Technical Integration

• Configure and test Identity Management solutions (such as Google Identity bridge) to securely manage cross-platform and application authentications via multi-factor verification (MFA).
• Support deep-dive data schema and system audits of legacy M&A environments, documenting custom code and regional business apps to plan for standard platform migrations.

Documentation & ITIL Operations Support

• Maintain comprehensive, detailed technical runbooks, API registries, and system topology maps.
• Provide clear technical documentation and system error-alert mappings to the IT Operations team to enable smooth Tier 2 operations and helpdesk routing.

【Required Qualifications】

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in backend software engineering, middleware development, or systems integration.
• Practical experience working within Agile software development environments (Scrum, Kanban, rapid iteration cycles).
• Strong hands-on proficiency developing integrations and deploying applications within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong foundational knowledge of systems, networking, and modern infrastructure concepts to collaborate effectively with the IT Operations team on deployment and security.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java, alongside highly advanced relational database (SQL) design and scripting capabilities.
• Excellent practical knowledge of serverless functions, cloud storage, API Gateways, JSON/XML parsing, webhooks, containerization (Docker), and OAuth/SAML identity protocols.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong technical English (essential for system documentation and regional architectural alignments).

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Hands-on familiarity with modern middleware or ETL orchestrators. Experience with Azure Data Factory (Azure fabrics) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with other industry integration suites (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or custom Python/Node.js web-service frameworks) is highly valued.
• Familiarity or strong interest in AI/ML implementation (such as computer vision pipeline configurations, neural network API hooks, or LLM integrations) to support predictive analytics.
