Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise web applications
- Design and develop full-stack solutions using Drupal, .NET, AWS, Azure, APIs, and databases
- Develop and integrate Drupal Webform Module solutions
- Integrate Drupal-based web content platforms with federal systems and cloud platforms
- Design and develop custom Drupal modules, connectors, and integrations
- Lead data migration, data modeling, reporting, and data integration activities
- Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical direction
- Support DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, and cloud deployments
- Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards, including Section 508
- Participate in Agile/Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and technical design meetings
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Drupal development experience
- Experience as Technical Lead, Software Architect, Senior Developer, or Drupal Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal/Acquia and enterprise Drupal implementations
- Extensive experience with .NET/full-stack development
- Experience with Drupal Webform Module
- Experience integrating Drupal with federal systems, on-premises, and cloud platforms
- Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- Experience with container-based application deployments
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices
- Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments
- Experience developing solutions compliant with federal security and accessibility standards, including Section 508
- Substantial experience using AI-assisted programming tools such as GitHub Copilot or Google Gemini
Preferred
- Drupal/Acquia certification
- Agile/SAFe certification
- Additional software development, cloud, architecture, or DevSecOps certifications
- Experience working on federal government projects, preferably within DOL or other federal agencies
- Experience with enterprise-scale Drupal implementations and modernization initiatives
- Experience with cloud migration and modernization
- Experience with AWS/Azure architecture and infrastructure
- Experience with container technologies and cloud-native application deployment
