Responsibilities

Lead architectural evolution of scalable, event-driven distributed systems
Productionalize AI/LLM features using Model Context Protocol
Perform forensic remediations on legacy systems
Drive adoption of advanced security protocols (MFA, OAuth)
Provide technical mentorship through code reviews and consultations
Collaborate with DevOps to architect cloud infrastructure using Terraform

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software engineering
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
Practical experience implementing LLM features in production
Proven ability to design event-driven architectures on AWS
Expert proficiency in Terraform for managing AWS environments
Solid understanding of microservices and monolith patterns
Strong understanding of security principles in healthcare applications

Preferred

Experience in healthcare contexts or highly regulated industries
