What’s the role?

Imagine building customer propositions that genuinely make a difference for Australian businesses. As Senior Manager, Specialised Industries, you'll help shape how Westpac supports customers across key industry sectors by creating compelling value propositions that respond to real customer needs.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the bank to understand industry trends, identify opportunities and bring together solutions that strengthen our customer offering. Partnering with marketing and business teams, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns and provide bankers with the tools, resources and insights they need to have meaningful customer conversations.

This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

What do I need?

• Experience developing customer propositions, strategic programs or customer growth initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Ability to translate customer insights into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to coordinate initiatives and deliver outcomes across multiple teams
