About infinIT.us

Every year, millions of patients are waiting for care that already exists. The medication is approved. The specialist has availability. The support program is funded. What doesn't exist – reliably, at scale, for every patient – is the coordination layer that gets it to them, and keeps it with them.

This is a story about every patient managing a chronic condition. Every family navigating a new diagnosis. Every person trying to stay on a medication that could keep them functional, or in remission, or alive, but who can't get the access, the affordability support, or the ongoing coordination they need. The problem is not the care. It is everything surrounding it. And it is a coordination problem, which means it is solvable. From leading pharma manufacturers to top health plans and large provider networks, healthcare leaders are choosing Infinitus to help them close the gap between diagnosis and care.
