Search changed how businesses were found.
AI will change how businesses are chosen and run.
AI increasingly influences what customers discover, which companies they consider, what they buy, how they are served, and how decisions get made inside the enterprise.
Modern AI makes businesses understandable and actionable by AI.
We build intelligence infrastructure across four high-value areas:

DISCOVERY → Become the recommendation.
Visibility is not enough. Discovery helps companies understand and improve how their brands, products, and capabilities are represented, considered, and recommended by the AI systems increasingly shaping demand and purchasing decisions.
GRAVITY → Make your business AI-operable.
Give AI the context to understand how your business actually works. Gravity creates the business ontology and grounding that connects enterprise knowledge, relationships, metrics, and operating logic, enabling AI-assisted operations, analysis, and management.
FRICTION → Create a market of one.
Move beyond segments and traditional personalization. Friction uses AI to understand each customer in context and determine how the business should serve, engage, and adapt to that individual.
FOUNDATION → Move from AI ambition to execution.
Strategy, architecture, data, AI, and implementation services designed to accelerate these capabilities and other high-value enterprise AI initiatives.
Four strategies.
One fundamental requirement:
AI has to understand your business.
What you sell.
Why it should recommend you.
How your business works.
Who your customers are.
What should happen next.
The companies that make themselves understandable and actionable by AI will have an advantage in the markets AI increasingly influences.
MODERN AI
