Constrafor gives subcontractors the software and financing to grow, and gives general contractors a compliant, financially healthy subcontractor base.
For subcontractors, Cru, our ERP, runs the books, keeping them current and closed. The bookkeeper agent keeps the ledger reconciled, and the transactions agent codes every bank and card charge to the right job and cost code.

Subcontractors approve it all in one review queue: the agent does the work, and their team gets the final say. The result is clean books, real-time job costing, and early warning on material and supply cost issues, with no extra hires. Our free COI agent keeps compliance documents renewed and submitted, and with Early Pay, our invoice financing solution, subcontractors can get paid in under 48 hours and put that capital toward more projects and business growth.
For general contractors, we keep subcontractors compliant and prequalified, with COI tracking, signed contracts, SOVs, invoices, and insurance all in one place. The platform integrates with Sage, CMiC, Procore, QuickBooks, and Textura, in a few clicks.
Since 2019, we've grown to 40,000+ contractors on the platform, served 15,000+ subcontractors, and funded $2B+ in invoices. Constrafor has been named as one of the Fastest Growing Companies by the Inc. 5000, CEMEX Ventures' Top 50 ConTech Startups, and the Fintech Innovation 50. We're based in New York and backed by Fintech Collective, Fifth Wall, NFX, Commerce Ventures, and other top fintech and proptech investors.
We value ownership, empathy, and a bias for action. If you want to build the back office construction runs on, we'd like to meet you.
