About Clasp

A little about us: Clasp, formerly Stride Funding, is a Boston-based retention-driven recruitment platform helping healthcare organizations build stronger, more sustainable talent pipelines. We connect employers with clinical students before graduation and pair employment opportunities with employer-sponsored student loan repayment.

By investing in talent earlier, healthcare organizations can expand their candidate pipelines, drive multi-year retention, and support the financial well-being of the clinicians their communities depend on. Clasp has supported more than 10,000 students across 1,140+ schools and programs. Employers using Clasp have committed more than $130 million toward student loan repayment, helping future and current healthcare professionals build meaningful careers with less financial strain. Our network includes leading hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations across the country. Together, we are creating a stronger connection between education and employment while addressing critical workforce shortages at their source. Recognized by Forbes Fintech 50 and backed by SHRM, Clasp is working toward a more sustainable, equitable, and skilled workforce. Our values guide how we work: • Outcomes driven • Student centered • Data inspired • Team oriented • Committed to doing the right thing
