About Thorit

We turn enterprises agent-native. Thorit is an AI & CRM consultancy that guides DACH enterprises through every step of becoming agent-native, and a Diamond HubSpot Partner, headquartered in Böblingen, Germany. Most companies have bought AI tools. Very few have changed how the work actually runs. That gap is where we work.

We plan, build and run the Agentic Growth Stack: AI agents, CRM and custom software and portals that automate marketing, sales and service measurably. One team for all of it, from strategy to the system running in production. Four phases that build on each other: Plan: agent-ready. Vision to roadmap. Build: AI-engineered. CRM, custom software and the data flows in between. Operate: AI-driven. Operations, adoption and security after go-live. Automate: autonomous. AI agents with governance and compliance. Where most HubSpot partners stop at the standard, we build custom software, deep integrations and AI agents in the same team, and we run them after go-live. Our method is NATIVE, a framework for the six dimensions that decide whether agentic AI holds: North Star, Architecture, Talent & Teams, Integrity, Value Tracking, Execution & Scale. The first step is the NATIVE Assessment: fixed price, no open day rates, a clear target picture and a business case in four to eight weeks. Who we work with: enterprises and the upper mid-market in DACH and the Nordics, typically 1,000 to 15,000 employees and EUR 500 million to 5 billion in revenue. More than 400 clients, in business since 2012. Trust: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified by Sensiba. GDPR compliant, hosted in the EU. Trust Center: https://trust.thorit.com Where we are: headquarters in Böblingen, Germany. Innovation Hub in Lisbon, Portugal, home of AI & Engineering. A small team in Aarhus, Denmark. Less manual. More margin. Request a workshop: https://www.thorit.com/contact/#workshop
