About UniteLabs Careers - The Automation OS for Ambitious Labs

UniteLabs is the operating system for AI-ready labs. We connect any instrument into automated workflows built in Python. Most labs run as a collection of islands. Each instrument has its own vendor software, its own file format, and a human in the middle copying results from one screen to another. Automation projects stall because connecting two devices takes a custom integration and an IT ticket.

We fix the layer underneath. Bidirectional connectors read from and write to the equipment you already own, so nothing gets ripped out. Open APIs and a workflow engine run on top, giving you one place to schedule, execute, and monitor work across the lab. Lab-as-Code is how that works. Workflows are written in Python on open interfaces, so your protocols and your validation evidence stay versioned and auditable, and they move with you when you add an instrument, change a vendor, or open a second site. If you can't diff it and re-run it, it isn't Lab-as-Code. The outcome is a lab that produces data your models can actually use. Structured, traceable, and ready for the next experiment. We sell no hardware, so our instrument neutrality is genuine. Built for biotech teams who want scientists designing experiments, not babysitting equipment.
