About 1-800 Contacts

We put our people first. Before our customers. Before the business. Unconventional? You bet it is. Our cofounders understood if we take care of our people, the rest takes care of itself. Here, that means frontline empowerment, parental bonding time, free mental health resources, development opportunities, and more.

We’re a company that aims big, fails fast, and cheers on one another. 100% guarantee? We live by our Gajillion Percent Promise. We’ve fulfilled more than 87 million orders, and last Deidra and her team checked, we have 86 million contacts in stock – ready to ship to our contact lens wearing friends. As workstyle needs have changed, we’ve listened and adapted. We’re recognized as a great place to work by companies like Forbes and Fortune 100 and attribute this to our people, culture, and the work we are doing. With our newly formed parent company, SeekWell, we can expand our ability to make vision care simple, affordable, and accessible beyond contact lenses: Luna for B2B vision care solutions and The Framery at 1-800 Contacts for the best online glasses-buying experience.
