About Pragmatic Coders

Pragmatic Coders helps companies navigate the hardest decision moments in IT and deliver products that make real business sense — without chaos and without illusion. We focus on two core offerings: Project Rescue — Your IT team is struggling. We step in with a Product Manager and our team, integrate your developers where it makes sense, and show in practice how effective delivery works under pressure.

Project Takeover — We assume full responsibility for a project from a previous vendor or internal team. These are our entry points. When a project is in crisis, our first goal is not to fix everything — it is to restore decision-making and transparency. We sort out facts, conflicts, and dependencies, then communicate what to save, what to cut, and which decisions must be made. From there, we build trust and long-term partnerships. We combine AI with proven delivery to run fixed-price engagements in short, well-defined phases. Custom software follows when it solves a clear business problem and delivers real advantage. ~40% of our largest clients historically came in crisis. These projects now represent 50%+ of our revenue. Our edge: standardized processes for delivery, product management, and onboarding. Clients buy risk reduction, not Scrum or AI. We bring order to decision chaos under pressure and uncertainty.
