About PhillyTech.

Tap below or visit our website to see our job board. SaaS Talent is the industry leader in helping AI, SaaS and tech companies build GTM revenue teams. We place SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, Marketers, RevOps leaders and Executive Assistants across Latin America, the U.S. and Canada.

Nobody does LATAM GTM talent at scale like we do. We built one SaaS client's entire Latin American commercial team — 6 people, start to finish. One of the BDRs we placed is now their VP of Sales. There's been an explosion of AI-first startups that need help scaling GTM, and for most of them, the answer is Latin America. We also recruit in the U.S. and Canada when it makes sense. 100+ clients since 2015. Chain.io alone has hired 30+ people through us. Ready to build your GTM engine?
