About Razor Labs

Razor Labs is transforming predictive maintenance in the mining industry with DataMind AI™ - an AI-powered platform built to help mining operations detect developing failures early, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve equipment reliability.

DataMind AI™ provides continuous equipment health monitoring across mobile fleets, fixed assets, and Visual AI applications. Powered by advanced AI Sensor Fusion, the platform combines data from multiple sources - including vibration, oil, temperature, pressure, motor current, operational data, maintenance records, and industrial cameras - to provide a complete picture of equipment health. Rather than simply generating alerts, DataMind AI™ identifies developing failures, diagnoses root causes, prioritizes issues by severity, and provides maintenance teams with clear, actionable recommendations. Our solutions cover: • Mobile Fleets - AI-powered predictive maintenance for haul trucks, excavators, loaders, LHDs, and other heavy mining equipment. • Fixed Assets - Continuous condition monitoring and advanced diagnostics for critical equipment including mills, crushers, conveyors, pumps, fans, compressors, and more. • Visual AI - Industrial computer vision for real-time monitoring of conveyors, crushers, and other critical mining equipment, detecting issues that traditional sensors cannot capture. Razor Labs works with mining operations around the world to turn equipment data into earlier, smarter maintenance decisions. Making machines smarter.
