What makes us different: We don't choose between speed and research — we lead with both. Teams here collaborate rather than compete. We share tools, libraries, and knowledge because that's how you build something better, faster. Curiosity drives everything. Real edge comes from understanding how things actually work, not just reacting to them.
Our expertise: Market microstructure. Non-linear modeling. High-performance engineering that sits at the intersection of math and markets. More than fifteen years of compounding knowledge, tooling, and edge.
Our values: Persistence. Curiosity. Team first.
Who thrives here: Engineers, researchers and competitive programmers who care about the work — not just the title. People from top HFT firms or strong academic backgrounds in math, physics, or computer science who want to work on problems that actually challenge them. You think deeply about latency, market microstructure, or model design — and you want to be around others who do too. You want ownership of what you build, a team that pushes you, and an environment where ideas win on merit. If you're looking for a firm where your work is visible, your opinion counts, and you're compensated well for the impact you make — we should talk.
