It also includes slitting systems and knife holders, as well as pre-configured roll stands and slitting modules. These complete solutions help customers to upgrade existing lines and/or add processing capabilities to get more production out of existing machines.
The goal of the Double E Group is always to help converters run their lines faster, with more efficiency, and less down time while also providing ergonomic solutions to help ensure operator safety. In fact, the Double E Group introduced carbon fiber core shafts to the converting industry over 25 years ago, offering a lightweight (yet equally as strong) alternative to traditional heavy steel winding shafts. With tens of thousands of carbon fiber shafts in service all over the world, Double E Group is the recognized leader in the technology.
In addition to its corporate headquarters in the USA, the Double E Group has offices and service facilities in Italy, England, Germany, France, Mexico, and Colombia. An extensive number of agents represent Double E Group in dozens of other countries around the world.
