About RedBeard Solutions

We find cleared talent other firms quietly give up on — TS/SCI, CI Full Poly — and we publish what it costs. RedBeard is the cleared-talent partner for defense tech, intelligence, and GovCon technology companies. Same high bar as full-fee search, delivered faster, at a price built for a low-margin market. Cost-effective excellence.

How: we point proprietary AI at the sourcing grind so our recruiters spend their time winning people, not hunting for them. AI-powered sourcing, human-driven engagement. Three mission domains: - Cyber - Intelligence - Defense Technology Cleared AI/ML is among the hardest fills in defense right now — and it runs through all three. Who's behind it: Gerry Gadoury — 30+ years in technology services, former USMC SIGINT operator, holds TS/SCI, built and sold a 2,500-consultant firm, and wrote the #1 bestseller Destination Employer. RedBeard is an SDVOSB. Three transparent engagement models, all month-to-month, no lock-in: - Contingent — $10,000 success fee, no retainer, 90-day prorated refund. Pay only when we deliver. - Hybrid Retainer — $3,000/mo + $5,000 success fee, 30-day stick guarantee. - Embedded Partner — $5,000/mo + $1,000 success fee. Internal recruiting capacity without the headcount cost. As the retainer rises, the success fee falls — so the right model comes down to how many people you plan to hire. We map it to your roadmap. Built for companies that treat hiring as a partnership. If that's you, let's talk. Book a 30-minute call: calendly.com/gerry_rbs/30min
