About Evotecgroup

Evotec — The Step Up in Metal Finishing Evotec designs and builds automated deburring, edge rounding, and surface finishing machines for modern sheet metal fabrication. Our SurfeX, EdgeX, SlagMaster, and FabGo lines deliver precision results — from heavy slag removal to ultra-fine line-grain finishes — with servo-controlled accuracy up to 0.01 mm.

Every Evotec machine is built around nine core integrated systems, including automated abrasive control, AI-powered maintenance monitoring, AirLock vacuum and MagniLock magnetic workpiece retention, and multi-layered safety protection with 4-second emergency braking. Machines arrive ready to run: plug in, power up, and start processing — operators can be trained in minutes. Beyond the machines, our automation add-ons — VSORT 3D vision loading, U-Flow dual-sided finishing, and Hydro Dust 2.0 explosion-safe wet filtration — turn a single deburring line into a fully automated finishing cell. With an 800,000+ m² manufacturing facility, 100+ dedicated R&D engineers, 8+ global offices, and 2,000+ machines delivered every year, Evotec is trusted by leading fabricators worldwide to boost throughput, cut labour costs, and set new benchmarks in finishing quality. Automated deburring. Consistent edges. Coating-ready surfaces. Take the step up: Evotecgroup.com | Commercial@Evotecgroup.com
